Oh yes - Barnes and Noble Exclusive |
Hey Everyone. Brady here. My current read is.....
THE BLOOD OF OLYMPUS by RICK RIORDAN
I preordered the book right away from Barnes and Noble.
A) I had a coupon in my email
B) It's The Blood of Olympus
C) Barnes and Noble Exclusive edition!
I've read all of the Percy Jackson and The Olympians series, and soon to be all of the The Heroes of Olympus series. I've been waiting for this book for so long like all the other demigods. When I finally got my copy on October 10th I was so thrilled. I started to read it but it took me awhile to get into it.
Now it's November 3rd and I'm only halfway through it. I feel like a total idiot. Like really, it's one of the best books for humanity and here I am only half way through it. What's up with that? I became an uncle this week and it's been quite hectic.
So what makes the Barnes and Noble Exclusive so Exclusive well ladies and gents. In the back of the book is a super sweet panorama. Some of the pictures of it are on the left side here.
In The Blood of Olympus there are five point of views. Nico, Jason, Piper, Leo, and Reyna. I was super excited when I found out about both Nico and Reyna's point of views but at the same time I was dissapointed to not find Percy or Annabeth on the list of point of views. But they had the spotlight in The House of Hades.
When I first read Reyna's POV I squealed. Reyna was bumped up on favorite characters list almost instantly. Her POV is great.
Nico is really amazing.
I haven't really read enough to tell you a lot but seriously, you guys need to get a copy of The Blood of Olympus.
Hopefully I'll have the book finished by next week. But now that it's the last book I kind of want to savor it. Savoring books sounds weird. They are not food!
Food for the mind?
Hahaha anyway....
For the time being, Read a Book
-Brady!!
